Abstract (ENG) | In recent years, an increase in the firearm-related crime rate and terrorist attacks has been observed. The consequence of that is an increase in the number of gunshot wounds. More often than not, a police officer on the patrol duty is the first person to deal with a gunshot wound. Their first aid skills at tending gunshot wounds are often priceless. The significance of that in the recent years has persuaded the author to undertake this study. |
